How do I make a video?

1. Sign in with Google, or with your email: we send you a 6-digit code to enter on the same page.
2. Go to Create and choose a photo of your pet. We check it straight away.
3. When you see “Photo ready”, tick the box and pay $4.99 on the secure checkout.
4. You come back to MemeHatch automatically. Your video is usually ready in 2–5 minutes; you can leave the page while you wait.

What kind of photo works best?

• One pet, clearly in view, with its face visible and in focus.
• No people anywhere in the photo — not even hands, reflections or a poster in the background.
• A portrait (vertical) photo if you want a vertical video for TikTok or Reels. The video keeps the shape of your photo.
• JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB and at least 256 pixels on each side.

Why was my photo rejected?

Every photo is checked automatically before you can pay. We ask for a different photo if it seems to include a person, or if we can’t find a pet in it. Rejected photos are deleted straight away, and you’re not charged. The check can make mistakes — if you think it got it wrong, try another photo of the same pet or email us.

I didn’t get the sign-in code

Wait a few minutes and check your spam or promotions folder. The email comes from MemeHatch <support@memehatch.app>. Each code works once and expires after 1 hour. You can ask for a new code after 60 seconds, or sign in with Google instead.

Where are my videos and orders?

Finished videos are in My videos, where you can play and download the MP4. Orders shows every payment and its status. If you left checkout before paying, your photo is saved and you can pay later without uploading it again.

What if my video can’t be made?

We try again automatically, including when a finished video doesn’t pass our content check. If it still fails, the video page says “We couldn’t make this video” and we refund your $4.99 in full within 2 business days. If your finished video is broken, email us within 7 days with the order number (it starts with MH-). See the refund policy.

How do I delete my photos and videos?

Email support@memehatch.app from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete your photos, videos or account. Payment records are kept as the law requires. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I contact you?

Email support@memehatch.app and include your order number if you have one. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or card details by email. To report a video that breaks the rules, see how to report.
