How payment works

Checkout is run by Waffo Pancake, our online reseller and merchant of record. Waffo Pancake sells the video to you, calculates and collects any tax that applies, issues your receipt and handles payments, refunds and chargebacks. Any tax is shown at checkout before you pay. We never see your full card number.

If something goes wrong

If we can’t make your video, we try again automatically. If it still fails, we refund your $4.99 in full within 2 business days — you don’t need to ask. If your finished video is broken, email us within 7 days. The full rules are in our refund policy.
